In this edition, we examine the splurge that no homeowner ever regrets: extra-large windows. We’ve interviewed enough architects, designers, and contractors to know that adding new glazing to a home can suck up an inordinate amount of your budget. Yet, we’ve never met anyone who’s ever said they weren’t worth the price tag, particularly when the windows look out onto a garden, rolling hills, a grove of trees—a slice of natural beauty.
