While Wicked: For Good arrives in theaters on November 21, lovers of the franchise will have the opportunity to experience it in a new way through Airbnb’s Elphaba Retreat. From November 11 until November 13 at 7 a.m. PT, fans will be able to enter to win a visit to her magical hideaway on December 3 hosted by Oscar nominee Cynthia Erivo. Up to 20 eligible guests will be chosen and the experience takes place in Thousand Oaks, California. Go here to enter and learn more.
For those who aren’t chosen for the Erivo-hosted event, you can also enter to win a one-night stay for up to two guests on the retreat property that will take place on December 6. You can request to book the stay at airbnb.com/wickedforgoodretreat until November 20 at 7 a.m. PT.
So what can you expect during a stay? A truly magical, immersive experience that feels like stepping into a scene from the movie. With true-to-film elements such as Elphaba’s hat, her broom, and the iconic Grimmerie among an enchanted forest hideaway, the experience is truly a look into Elphaba’s world.

The experience features two guided activities with phenomenal co-hosts. The first, Tea Time with Michael Graney (co-founder of Teawaves), draws upon Elphaba’s story to inspire tea blends for guests to enjoy. The second is Broom Weaving with D’Ara Nazaryan of Aris Floral; a floral designer, artist, founder, and Airbnb experience host. Guests collect florals from around the lair and are guided by D’Ara and her team to create unique, decorated brooms to remember the unforgettable experience.
While it doesn’t cost anything to request a stay, guests must be 18 or older to attend/accompany, For those who are selected for the Erivo event, they are responsible for their own accommodations, and for those who are selected for the overnight stay, they’re responsible for their travel to and from Thousand Oaks.
