Google is replacing some Pixel 9 Pro screens for free, but only for this issue

Google has launched a new Extended Repair program for eligible Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 Pro XL devices. The program covers certain verified display malfunctions that may appear on some units. If your phone is affected and qualifies under Google’s criteria, you’ll receive a free display replacement.
