A new neon sign is on its way to the Las Vegas Strip, and no, it’s not for another casino. A colossal In-N-Out Burger, set to become one of the chain’s largest locations to date, is making its way to Nevada. Slated to open in 2026, this three-story, 10,520-square-foot restaurant will be a centerpiece of The BLVD, a sprawling 400,000-square-foot development at 3755 S. Las Vegas Blvd. It will include ample dining space as well as a massive company store loaded with merch for fans of the SoCal-based chain to take home from their travels.
This ambitious project marks a significant milestone for In-N-Out nearly 35 years after the company first ventured outside California by opening its inaugural Nevada location in Las Vegas in 1992. It currently has 18 locations throughout Sin City, with outposts stationed at most major thoroughfares in town.
In-N-Out opened its first location in Baldwin Park, California, in 1948 and has since become a cult food phenomenom, synonymous with secret orders and road trip staples. The new establishment will feature 8,020 square feet of indoor dining space and an additional 2,500 square feet of patio seating, offering ample room for both locals and tourists to savor their favorite meals.
Architectural renderings reveal a modern design adorned with the brand’s iconic signage. The family-owned chain, which is known for remaining relatively secretive regarding their inner workings, confirmed the upcoming location on their Instagram feed in tandem with their CEO, Lysni Snyder.
As construction progresses the new location, which has yet to announce an official opening date, will surely become a destination in itself, celebrating the brand’s rich history and its enduring appeal in the heart of Sin City.
