A while back we discovered that Shaker design is alive and well in Japan. First we discovered the work of Masashi Ifuji, who from Nagano makes see some of today’s most prized Shaker boxes. More recently, we featured Tokyo housewares shop Orné de Feuilles and its Shaker-style cat beds and wastebaskets: see Found in Translation.
Now the two have come out with similar receptacles for dispensing tissues in style.
