If you’ve been around here long, you know I’m a big fan of Quince. I’ve been super impressed with the quality of their home (and clothing) items, that look and feel designer, but are surprisingly affordable. I feel like the majority of their products strike the perfect balance of quality, comfort, and timeless style. This season, I’ve been gravitating toward cozy textures, elevated basics, and small luxuries… the kind that make your home feel warm and intentional during the winter months. Whether you’re prepping for holiday hosting, are looking for thoughtful gifts, or are simply refreshing your closet for the colder months, these are the pieces I’d buy again and again.
If you missed my annual gift guide, be sure to check it out here: Holiday Gift Guide. You’ll find quite a few Quince items sprinkled throughout.
Why Quince Has Quickly Become A Go-To Resource

Quince has become one of my frequented sources for well-made, design-forward home decor without the designer price tag. Their textiles are beautiful, the majority of their items are made from natural materials, and everything feels considered. These are my classic picks for making a home feel layered, lived-in, and luxurious… without blowing the budget. Below, I’m sharing 10 pieces I personally own, use, and recommend… my true designer-approved Quince home picks (plus a couple closet essentials, too). I hope they’re helpful!
My Designer Approved Winter Essentials

1. Mongolian Cashmere Throw
This Mongolian Cashmere Throw feels like something you’d find in a boutique chalet. It’s incredibly soft, drapes beautifully over a sofa or accent chair, and instantly adds texture and warmth. I have it in the classic camel color, as well as the plaid.
2. Balsam Fir Candle
Winter isn’t winter without a seasonal candle, and the Balsam Fir Candle is one I burn constantly this time of year. It’s fresh, not overpowering, and makes the entire home smell like a cozy mountain retreat.
3. Double Sheepskin Rug
If you’re craving softness underfoot, draped across a bench, or layered over a larger rug, the Sheepskin Rug is a dreamy addition. It’s plush, warm, and great for adding depth and texture to otherwise simple vignettes. I currently have mine layered in front of the fireplace hearth- which has become Cash’s favorite place to lounge.
4. European Linen Sheet Set
If you want your bed to feel like a boutique hotel, the European Linen Sheet Set is worth the investment. Linen is breathable, temperature regulating, and gets softer with every wash. I have multiple sets, but on our bed currently is the terracotta/white stripe… it brings subtle color without overwhelming the palette and looks gorgeous with the espresso duvet for winter.
5. Cashmere for Your Closet
I have to quickly rave about Quince’s cashmere (all of it!), because it truly rivals the designer brands I’ve splurged on in the past. It almost looks identical. Their sweaters feel incredibly soft, lightweight, and luxe—exactly the kind of pieces I reach for on repeat. If you’re shopping for gifts (or treating yourself), their cashmere lineup is honestly one of the best values out there. Classic silhouettes, beautiful colors, and the quality is impressive. I’ve got quite the collection in my closet.
6. Ribbed Quick-Dry Bath Towel Bundle
These ribbed quick-dry bath towels are a hidden gem. They’re soft, absorbent, and have that spa-inspired ribbed texture that feels modern and elevated. I have the silver-gray color, which is a beautiful neutral that pairs easily with any existing bathroom palette. Plus, they dry fast… always a plus in winter when humidity lingers in a bath.
7. Jean Dubost Laguiole Knife Set
If you want to elevate your dinner table instantly, these knives are such a beautiful upgrade. They have that classic French Laguiole look I love. They’re vintage looking, timeless, and really well made. They feel substantial in the hand and cut effortlessly, which makes even a simple weeknight meal feel special. These are a fantastic gift for anyone who loves to entertain (or just appreciates good design in the kitchen).
8. European Linen–Cotton Stitch Quilt
This linen-cotton stitch quilt is one of those pieces that looks far more expensive than it is. The espresso color is rich, warm, and perfect for winter styling. The quilted stitching adds beautiful dimension to the bed, and it layers well with linen sheets, throws, and heavier duvets. It’s the kind of textile that can stay on your bed year-round.

9. Silk Pillowcase
If you haven’t upgraded to silk pillowcases yet, consider this your sign. The Quince silk pillowcase feels luxurious, keeps my hair looking healthy, smooth, and is gentle on my eczema and acne prone skin. I have the white color… classic, clean, and serene. It’s a small upgrade that truly makes your bedding feel hotel-worthy, and it makes a great gift.
10. Cotton Knit Throw
If you want something with texture and weight, without the formality of cashmere… the Cotton Knit Throw is perfect. I actually grabbed this for the cabin, and styled it in our holiday entryway for the time being (pictured below). It adds a relaxed, lived-in layer that’s still polished and cozy. I love styling this over the arm of a chair, sofa, or folding it at the foot of the bed for that effortless, comfortable look we’re after during the winter months.

FAQ
Yes! I’ve been really impressed, and I’ve placed quite a few orders. I’ve noticed they tend to focus on premium materials (like cashmere, linen, silk, and stainless steel), which keeps each item looking classic, so you get lasting pieces at great prices.
It’s a perfect layering piece. Pair it with a duvet or throw, and it adds both warmth and beautiful texture. In fact, Emmett usually kicks it off the foot of the bed each evening because it’s a little too warm with our duvet and linen sheets. It’s honestly mostly there for the dogs- so they don’t get the duvet dirty.
Definitely! They’re gentle on skin, help prevent frizz, and make your bedding feel extra luxe.
