How did you sleep? If you’re anything like us, getting into bed is the best part of the day.
Sleep is finally getting its due as an essential component of good health, not a luxury or a mark of laziness. Case in point: This week is the National Sleep Foundation’s Sleep Awareness Week, and it’s a good time to reevaluate your bedtime habits and prioritize rest. Here are four small ways to start: Banish devices from the boudoir, make a sleep schedule (and stick to it), tuck in early with a good book instead of scrolling, and focus on making your bed a truly restful place to be.
For that last task, many bedding brands are offering sales to mark Sleep Week; here are 5 we’re eyeing from our favorite brands, going on now.
Above: Morrow Soft Goods is offering up to 40 percent off bedding and more as part of their Spring Sale, now through March 16. (Shown: the Heirloom Linen Fitted Sheet in Apricot.)
Above: At Parachute, take 15 percent off all bed and bath bundles (and 20 percent off everything in store only, March 14-16). Shown is the Percale Bedding Bundle in the new and very on trend Butter colorway.
Above: Piglet in Bed’s Sleep Month Sale features discounts of up to 40 percent off bedding (and pajamas, too), like this pair of Pine Green Pembroke Stripe Linen Pillowcases.
Above: Take 20 percent off site-wide at Brooklinen’s Sleep Week Sale (including the Washed Linen Core Sheet Set in Fresh Moss, shown here).
Above: At Bed Threads’ Sleep Week Sale, take 15 percent off all bedding and 30 percent off all build-your-own bundles. (Shown: a set of Limoncello & Turmeric Scalloped European Pillowcases.)
