This smart-home device literally saved my life

In 2024, I bought my first home, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. It was a fixer-upper without a doubt, but thanks to some TLC and a lot of work, this house quickly became a home. One thing I didn’t consider when purchasing, however, was the history and the families that came before us. I’m highly asthmatic, and I quickly learned that someone who previously lived in the home had a lot of animals.
